"Robin!" Severa cried, "He's bugging me again!" "Who's bugging who?" Robin asked, her head buried in a book. "With his beautiful green eyes and his perfect blonde hair..." Severa said dreamily, "Robin, he's bugging me again." Robin snapped her book shut. She laughed at seeing Severa's dreamy face. She knew that Severa was talking about Owain. "If you like him so much, why don't you tell him that?" she asked grinning. Severa squealed. "No, I don't want to announce my love so fast! I'll admire him a bit more, and then...ugh. Fine, whatever!" She sighed. "Now, if you will stop bugging me about it, I have to do some reading here." Robin responded.

She went back to her book, and Severa went back to her daydreaming.

All week long, Severa bugged Robin about Owain. "Oh my god! He is soooooooo cute!" "I feel like running up to him and hugging him" "Do you think he likes me?"

Robin was getting used to all this nonsense. In fact, this "nonsense" made her think about Owain in a different way. 'He is cute...oh my god! What am I thinking? Owain is my friend. But..."

Slowly, she started to like him, despite Severa's comments about him. She started staring at him during training and dinner. She was even forgetting things while thinking about him.

Once, during lunch, Chrom noticed this. 'Why is Robin eating ham, when she hates it?' he thought. He decided to ask her. "Robin, are you okay?" he inquired. "What!" she snapped out of her daydream. "Yeah, I'm fine. Sorry about that." "Be sorry to yourself. You're eating ham, and you hate ham." He blurted out. "Well, Owain likes ham." She muttered under her breath. "What? I couldn't hear you... did you say something?" "Never mind." She replied. She had to be more careful of what she was doing.

It was Friday evening, and Robin was back to reading. Everyone was celebrating the arrival of the weekend and the end of training. Robin couldn't help, but notice Owain during his work out. His muscular arms, smooth face, soft hair, everything about him was great on the eyes.

Suddenly, she heard a squeal. It was Severa. "What's up, Severa?" Robin asked. Severa gave another squeal. "Robin! Come here and look at this!" At this, she gave yet another squeal. "Come on Robin!" "Okay, okay! I'm coming alrighty!" said Robin, smiling. She went up to the seat Severa was at and started reading the notice that Severa pointed to earlier. After a short time, Robin gave out a squeal too. "Geez! Can't a guy work around here without girls squealing?!" Lon'qu sighed. Owain had just finished training with him and was shaking his head, grinning. "Ok, what's the mighty call? What's so exciting that's going to happen? "WE'RE HAVING A DANCE!" Screamed Severa and Robin. Several people looked up, but Robin didn't care. "Why are we having a Dance?" Owain asked. "To celebrate our hard training I'm guessing..." Lon'qu said, confused. "Duh, dumbo. The notice says that it is a ball, which is a gift to the Shepherds." Said Severa. "So, it's a dance for hard work. Isn't that interesting?" Said Robin excitedly."What do you think, Owain?" she asked. "Ummm...erm...cool!" He hesitated. A dance means finding a date. He had such difficulty finding one for the previous Ball in celebrating the Exaulted family which he was a part of, so many had asked him out for the dance that he couldn't keep count. He felt sad for those he had to deny. This time though he thought about asking Robin, or Severa, before anyone else asked him. He just had to decide who though. This sure is going to be a long night, he thought to himself.
