Prologue
In the beginning God created the heavens and the Angels too serve him. The greatest of the angels, the seraphim, were composed of four. First was Ra'azuul, the right hand and angel of death meant to be gods' wrath. Second was the twin sister to Ra'azuul; Alexstraza, the angel of love and redemption. Third was Armiseal the purifier, who watched over the cleansing of souls in the hells. Last of the seraphim was Tabrias, The keeper and watcher of the gates of the heavens.
God created the Garden of Eden and the first two humans, Adam and Lilith. In the garden he placed temptation in the form of the tree of knowledge. Armiseal began too hate the humans and tricked Lilith into eating one of its forbidden fruit. She was cast from Eden into the hells to have the evils of the fruit cleansed from her soul; the evils purged from her became Lilim the succubal queen. Then god created Eve, and she and Adam were tricked By Armiseal too eat the forbidden fruit as well. In punishment Humanity was cast away from Eden till they became worthy of returning.
For unknown millennia Armiseal watched over the hells, but over time he grew discontent. In an act of defiance against the heavens he cast his name away and named himself Lucifer; and thus began the eternal war against the heavens with the first attack against pandemonium. The gateway between the hells, earth and heavens.
But before Armiseal's betrayal God went into slumber leaving one final edict: I will rest now and I leave thy angels the duty of watching and purifying humanity so they may be worthy of re-entering thy Eden. To thine second son Ra'azuul I leave my wrath against evil. To thine daughter Alexstraza I leave the protection of the innocents against evil. Now thy children, I rest.
The war between the heavens and hells raged on and earth became a place of both good and evil. After A time of filling his role as the angel of death Ra'azuul became to believe that humanity would never be worthy too return to Eden and become nothing but evil. Ra'azuul took his concerns to his twin Alexstraza, but to his anger she told him he was wrong and sought to remind him of the final edict. Too Alexstraza's distress he cast it away and left for the pandemonium fortress to enter the human world and purge humanity from existence. Alexstraza went to the fortress to stop Ra'azuul. In the battle she was near fatally wounded but sealed him from the earth, to her hopes forever. For her actions Ra'azuul cast her out from the heavens condemning her to live among humanity as a fallen angel. Too signify her banishment her changed her beautiful white wings to the darkest black. As the years past Alexstraza brought light and happiness to humanity, too her surprise she began to feel things. Anger towards those that did evil things, sorrow for those hurt but too her greatest surprise she began to feel love towards humanity. Alexstraza fell in love with a human man, but being an angel she was unable to be with him and have children.
To become human she severed her wings. Alexstraza gave birth to a son, before she died she kissed his forehead and named him Areal and hoped he would help to bring humanity back into Eden.
Humans believed in the year 2012 god would bring the apocalypse, when in all reality it was the foretelling of Ra'azuul's ascension and purging of humanity. In the year 2011 on his sixteenth birthday Areal, renamed Alan received a mysterious letter.
You may be the bastard spawn of my sister but I will purge you with the rest of humanity.
