Derek walked to the jukebox, whispered to the guy the song he wanted to sing, then looked at Meredith to make sure she wasn't drunk or looking at someone else.
He took the microphone, then spoke loudly in a voice full of joy and excitement. "I want to dedicate this song to the woman I love and want to spend the rest of my life with. 'Truly, madly, deeply' by Savage Garden, from me for you, Meredith." he gave her his McDreamy smile, and kept his eyes on her face as he began singing.

Meredith smiled hearing his voice. He never told her he could sing that well, but now she thought he had the most beautiful voice ever.

Addison stepped in the bar, and her heart skipped a heartbeat or two when she heard Derek singing that song. Their song. She had made him listen to it when they were dating, and he had surprised her by singing it when he proposed. They had then decided to have it on their wedding party. And now, it didn't take long for Addison to understand it was for Meredith. She thought about leaving, but she reluctantly sat on a stool ordering some scotch. His favorite drink.

As soon as the song ended, Meredith jumped out of her seat and ran do Derek, throwing her arms around his neck and kissing him deeply, her legs around his waist. They didn't care anymore about other people looking or it being right or wrong. Because the loved each other truly, madly, deeply and forever.
