Captain Kirk walked concernedly toward the Sickbay of the U.S.S. Enterprise.
He couldn't understand it. His First Officer was never sick. Well, it never seemed like he was sick. The few times Spock had been ill or injured he had gone into a Vulcan healing trance and come out good as new. McCoy wouldn't have put it exactly like that but he was always as glad to see him better as everyone.
This was different though. Images of Spock breaking off in mid-sentence with a strange look then clutching his head in pain troubled Kirk, as the Sickbay doors hissed open in front of him.
"Well, Bones? Is he going to be alright? What's the problem?" Kirk asked worriedly.
"Oh, there's no problem, Jim." Was that a smile McCoy was hiding? "He'll make a full recovery, he just needs a day of rest to avoid using the...um...damaged area.

Later, when Kirk arrived back on the bridge there were several worried crewmembers waiting for him.
"Well? Is Spock going to be alright?" Lieutenant Uhura asked after a pause.
"Oh, yes" said Kirk, controlling his facial muscles "Apparently, it's a common injury on Vulcan."
Uhura looked puzzled.
Kirk clarified; "It seems Spock has pulled his eyebrow muscles."
