Jade was still kicking and screaming in Doug the Diaper Guy's arms 20 minutes after they had been announced Prome King and Queen.
'Mind if I cut in?' said a familiar voice behind Doug.
'Beck!' Exclaimed Jade, surprised.
'Sure, be warned though. She's a feisty one.' Said Doug dropping Jade to the ground and going away.
She hit the ground on her bottom and looked up at Beck with his outstretched hand and took it. She smiled at him as she got back, 'I thought you weren't back until tomorrow.'
'I came home early.' He looked into her blue-green eyes, 'I missed you.'
She looked back into his brown ones. 'I missed you too.' She kissed him and everything was perfect. And as they kissed they danced.
Seems like Jade finally learnt the meaning of 'the magic of prome'.
