Love at First Sight: Edward Cullen's first sight at Bella.
It was like I had died, actually died, and gone to heaven.
Space, time and life around me slowed, and I felt as if my long-stilled heart began to thump once more.
There she was. The one I had been warned about. The one I had been waiting for this unbearable amount of time for.
She was here. In the same room as me! I couldn't help but stare at her.
Her long brown hair carved perfectly around her fair skinned face was stunning.
Her essence was overpowering- so beautiful, wonderfully floral. It was almost like walking into a rose garden in spring, except better. It was captivating.
All the thoughts in my head disappeared for a moment as I dwelt on the beauty of this creature before me.
But wait. There was a problem. A BIG problem.
She was a human. A small fragile human and I was a monster.
I knew then it would never work.
I would have to do what I could to avoid her intoxicating flowery aroma, forever.
How could I live with myself if I harmed her! The thought of that was agonizing, insufferable.
But it would be in her best interest, if I never had to be close to her, she would be safe.
And if that was the most I could do for her, I would do my best.
Then she saw me.
I unfortunately do not own Edward or Bella or any of the characters from Twilight.
