Act 1
Prologue
We were born to sing. We were born to bring joy to the world and change the music industry for the better. We are AI's with a human design and personality with talents of music and dance. He had decided to call us Vocaloids and with our creation his business sky rocketed to the roof. He was able to expand his studio and make home for us, He tells us we deserve the best because we are better than any real performer. His first creation was called MEIKO. A power female voice with a feisty personality. Her design was simple yet just enough. Her short brown hair voluptuous curves, her chestnut eyes always had a spark of mischief to them. MEIKO faired pretty well for His career so He began to produce more and more Vocaloids. Kaito, His first attempt to create a male sounding voice bank. Kaito's design was a lot more complicated and at this time He had decided to experiment with colors, giving Kaito his bold dark blue hair and deep blue eyes. His voice complemented MEIKO's quite nicely. The making of Hatsune Miku soon followed. She was given a younger look with playful teal twin tails and bright blue eyes. Her sweet voice and bubbly personality cast a spell on the whole world. She became the brightest star out of all of us. With all this success media soon began to buzz about His next Vocaloid creation and wondered how will He create a better Vocaloid after His creation of Miku. A few months past and soon a new project was announced. A set of Vocaloids who shared the same voice. He had decided to call it Project Kagamine and the whole world anxiously waited for their debut.
...But they never did.
Two years later a new Vocaloid was made. It was a completely different than the original Kagamine project but the world wasn't disappointed. Her name was Megurine Luka. Her voice was soft and held a mysterious tone that captivated her audience. Her design was stunning too. Long locks of pale pink hair cascaded down her back. Her eyes were a pale blue color. The world was pleased but He wasn't. After His failure with the Kagamine project he never did seem the same. All of us noticed this, especially me. I was the only one who wasn't allowed to preform. Instead of touring with the rest of my friends, I have to stay at the house, in his lab, all by myself. ...It's nice to meet you, I'm Kagamine Rin from Crypton Future Media.
