Random drabble, review please.
"Fang," Iggy said in an odd and slightly formal tone.
"Hm?" Fang said, swallowing the burger in his hand. Max had brought back food from a greasy burger place, and the flock was sitting around a fire chowing down.
"Can I speak with you?" Iggy asked, continuing in the different, weird air.
"Sure?" Fang shrugged, standing up and following Iggy into a small patch of woods near the camp site they'd set up. "What's up?"
Iggy sighed. He was acting funny. Way funny. Fang was surprised by how impatient he was to hear what the other had to tell him. Iggy looked around nervously.
"What's going on?" Fang asked.
"I…" Iggy trailed. "I…"
"You what?" Fang demanded. Iggy leaned forward and, ever hesitantly, pressed his lips softly to Fang's. Fang at first stiffened, but to Iggy's surprise, relaxed, and even put his hands on Iggy's waist to hold him close.
The kiss seemed to last for hours. Then finally, they parted.
"Glad you got that off your chest," Fang murmured, still holding Iggy close.
"You aren't mad?" Iggy asked, "Or repulsed?"
"Not in the least," Fang said, leaning in and capturing Iggy's lips. Iggy snuggled closer to Fang, throwing himself fully into the kiss. Fang's hand ran smoothly up Iggy's back. They parted once more.
"Should we go back?" Iggy asked, not sounding too happy about the idea.
"That burger isn't looking too good, compared to you, right now," Fang said, bringing Iggy closer. "Nothing is."
