It had been 6 month's since he had destroyed the mass relay in the Bahak system.
6 months since he had killed over 300,000 Batarian's to not stop but delay the Reapers. The word being "delay" as he knew that no matter what he had done or could do nothing would stop the arrival of the reapers.
He knew there was no other way, even when he tried to warn the colony he knew that it was next to impossible to evacuate the whole colony in time.
For nearly 3 years now Shepard had been stalling them and trying to warn the entire galaxy that not only where they real but soon they would be come and harvest all of them leaving noting but a blank canvas for the next cycle.
Even if no one would listen he knew that he had to do something. With the help of his friend the shadow Broker he had been sending secret messages to all of his crew (who were more like family to him) getting updates about what was happening in the galaxy and getting it ready as best he could.
Garrus was doing his best to gain the support of as many Turian's as possible, even getting his father to to help out even though they had never seen eye to eye. And also a good wiser crack or two about who would be kill the most Reaper's.
Wrex had already been preparing since he had united the Krogan clan's , so nothing much to report from him besides a story or two from the old day's. Shepard always enjoyed hearing his story's, even though it was easier getting a Thersher maw to dance than get Wrex to tell them.
Liara was using her connections as the Shadow Broker to "influence" a few people here and there to gain their support when needed. He hadn't heard from her in a few week's, this worried him. He still had feeling's for her after the event's with Saren but after 2 his death and re-birth thanks to Cerberus and the Illusive man they had drifted apart but they were still close, he was just not sure how close.
He had not heard anything from Mordin, Samara, Thane, Miranda, Legion or anyone else. But he knew they would all would be doing their part to help.
