"I'm telling you it's completely normal!" Ryan insisted, clutching his copy of Sex in the City season 2 to his chest.

"And I'm agreeing," Chad replied, throwing his rental of P2 onto the table. "If you were a teenage girl."

"This is a great show, regardless of my gender!" the blond told him, staring at his boyfriend with his bright blue eyes. "It's about these beautiful, confident women who have relationship problems."

"That couldn't sound any less appealing," Chad laughed, snatching the case from the Drama King. He looked it over with disinterest. He threw it aside, reaching for his DVD. "This," he said, holding the case in front of Ryan's face for emphasis. "Is quality entertainment."

"Spurting blood and topless blonds is not entertainment!" Ryan argued.

"There's nothing wrong with a topless blond," Chad joked, winking at the blue eyed teen.

Ryan hit him on the arm playfully, "Pervert."

"Horror movies have provided entertainment for generation after generation! Psycho. The Descent. These movies have built the foundation for the horror genre," Chad explained, standing from the couch and walking over to the TV. "Give it a chance!"

Ryan scoffed, "You won't give Sex in the City a chance! Why should I give horror movies a chance?"

"Good point," Chad sighed, spinning around to face the blond.

"If we watch my movie now, I'll let you pick what we watch next time," Chad offered, grinning adorably.

"If we watch Sex in the City, there's a higher chance that I'll make out with you!" Ryan bargained, smirking, "Considering I've seen these all before."

"Done!" Chad shouted, jumping onto the couch beside his boyfriend. Ryan rolled his eyes but hopped up happily to pop the DVD in. He returned to the couch and settled in next to Chad, cuddling against him. Chad leaned down, expecting his promised make out session.

Ryan held a hand in front of his face, stopping him. "I'm trying to watch my show!"

"What? But," he stammered, confused and disappointed at the same time. "You said!"

"I said there's a higher chance," Ryan corrected him. "I made no promise."

Chad pouted, grumbling.

"I'm just kidding!" Ryan giggled, cupping Chad's face in his hand. "Come here."

Mrs. Danforth came through the door an hour later carrying a bag of groceries, Troy Bolton following her in with another. "Look who decided to stop by."

"Oh hey Troy," he greeted casually, still holding onto Ryan's hand.

"Dude," he chuckled, that one word saying it all.

"How in the world did you get Chad to watch Sex in the City?" Mrs. Danforth questioned, rejoining them in the living room.

"I made him reconsider its entertainment value," Ryan lied, unconvincingly.

"You promised to make out with him, didn't you?" Troy deadpanned.

"It was the only way he'd even consider it," Ryan added, smiling.

"It's not bad," Chad shrugged.

"We were making out the whole time!" Ryan reminded him.

Chad smirked, "Exactly." They never argued about it ever again. He agreed to watch Sex in the City every time. Because face it. Watching blood and guts flying everywhere or making out with his boyfriend. It was a no-brainer.
