On Monday Haruhi found a rubber snake in her bag. She yelped a little in surprise, but then just sighed in irritation.
The Twins were pleased with this. It was always a challenge to make Haruhi jump, but where would the fun be if it was easy?

On Tuesday Tamaki was tripped by an invisible wire going into the Third Music Room. A cat doll had been placed in the eye-line of someone who had, say, been tripped up going through the door. After a moment of shocked silence, Tamaki proceeded to run flailing around the room yelling about curses, before falling, sobbing, at the feet of a very bemused Nekozawa.
The Twins were pleased with this. It was too easy to get reactions like this out of Tamaki, because the Lord was nothing if not predictable. But it was nice to see some very visible results every now and then.

On Wednesday Honey found that his chocolate chip cookies had been made with salt instead of sugar. After choking and (discretely) spitting out his mouthful, he ran to Mori in tears.
The Twins were pleased with this too, but seeing that both seniors were eying them suspiciously, they resolved to buy Honey some really nice cake to make it up to him. After all, it never pays to get on the bad side of some Martial Arts Masters. Even really small ones.

On Thursday Mori's bag went missing. It was easy enough to find, but it did mean that he was late to Kendo practice. He gave the Twins a reproachful look as he left.
The Twins were not quite so pleased with this, but it was hardly ever worth pranking Mori unless you were aiming to annoy everyone equally. He didn't seem to react to anything.

On Friday Kyoya would have found his laptop screen covered in Post-its with rude messages on them. However he did not as he made a point of Looking at the Twins whenever he felt they were getting to close to him or his belongings that day, and his Looks were almost as scary as when he was glaring. He knew a pattern when he saw one.
The Twins were not pleased by this, but, as with Tamaki, this was expected. Only the foolish or the extremely daring would deliberately provoke the Shadow King.

On Saturday the Twins were satisfied with their work. After all, it's the little surprises that make life worth living.
