Hey Guys! NinjakunAlana here! It's my first fic, so tell me if it's good, alright?

This is a one-shot for Yamato and Sakura, if you don't like this pair, well, don't read it then? Haha.

It was the first day of Summer, just a week ago, Yamato confessed to Sakura that he loved her.

It has been awkward, ever since.

They would see each other in the training grounds, but keep their distance, and say nothing.

Sakura couldn't take it anymore, she hated ignoring people, (or is it the other way around?)

So, she confronts Yamato, one time when they were training alone.

"Why are you ignoring me, Yamato-taichjou?" She bluntly asked.

"It's become awkward, Sakura-san. And I thought you were annoyed, by me." He replied as bluntly.

"Why would I be annoyed?" She again asked in the same manner.

"Because I love you, Sakura-san." He said, with much emotion.

Sakura turned red, not knowing what to do, she just cried on the spot. She felt weak, so she broke down. She was on her knees, sobbing.

Yamato crouches next to her and hits her forehead with his index finger, she hated that, but somewhat it made her smile.

"Now, a great medical-ninja like you shouldn't be crying at a time like this, especially for this reason." He said.

"But, Taichjou." She replies, in between sobs.

"C'mon now, Sakura-san. I'll treat you to some dango's." He offered,

She then quickly gets up and rushes to his side, "Maybe I can love him," she thinks.

Yamato catches her smile.

"Good to see you all better Sakura-san." He said, then smiled a smile that made her red again.

"Uh, you okay? Sakura-san?" He asks then puts his hand on her forehead. She grabs his hand, but instead of moving it away, she lays her hand on his. "I just want to feel this way, always." She thought again.

But Yamato pulled his hand out. Thinking Sakura was annoyed again. They didn't talk on the way to the restaurant though.

"It's going to be an intresting summer," Sakura thought.
