CAN NEVER ESCAPE, FOREVER TRAPPED

IM ALIVE!

We ran.
That's all we could do.
Just run, from the monster that plagues both this house and my mind.

I watched as they ran through the front door one by one,
Till everyone was out, everyone but me.
I stood there watching them, going unnoticed as they ran.
Till he turned around.

"(Name)! What are you doing! run outside already!"

His voice brought the others attention.

"(Name)!"
"Come on what the hell are you doing run!"
"We're free now why aren't you running?!"

I look at my friends with sad longing eyes as they beg me to run away with them.
The only thing I could do was shake my head, denying their request.

"I cant follow you guys, this is as far as I go."

"Why not?!"
"What kinda bull shit is this?! just run out the door!"

"But that's the thing I cannot leave this house."

"What kinda crap are you talking!"

"Im sorry... Im sorry for not telling you all the truth sooner, but the thing is, is that Im bound to this house. Just like the monster I cannot leave."

"(Name)!"

I look behind me the monster staring into my eyes as i stare into its.

"I won this time Steve, let them go..."

My voice was nothing but an airy whisper, as the monster vanished into ashes, darker then the night sky which I missed so much.

"(Name)... whats going on?"

"I won the game this time... I was able to help you all escape this place, meaning Steve cant hurt you."

"What are you talking about?"

Its going to start soon, the house will soon vanish to another location, and lure in more people with its legend. Already I can tell that everything is being reset, all the blood, the memory's, the clocks, everything is returning to its original form, and I will soon follow.

"(Name)..."

"My body and soul are bound to this place, as long as it stands I cannot leave..."

I can feel my body break down as I vanish into pure white ashes.

"About 150 years ago I had found this place with my friends and we were killed off one by one until I was all alone. Like you I did everything I could to save them. All those times... over and over again as I watched them die, they begged me to stop... to just let them die, but..."

My eyes started to sting with unshead tears.

"I never wanted to see anyone go through what I did... ever again, so I gave myself a new mission... When I was killed I bound my soul to this house,
So that if anyone came into the mansion, I would be able to save them from mine and my friends fates."

"(Name)... you..."

I shake my head, and slowly reach my hand towards them, but it vanishes as it passes through the door.

"Im nothing more then a ghost, destined to help people trapped in this house of horrors. Now that your all out, this house will vanish to a new location to lure in more victims. I cant just leave and let them die... No I will save them just like you and all the others I've saved... Just promise to keep me in your memories... I'll never forget any of you. All of you... even if we may never see each other again, you will always be etched into my heart for all eternity..."

And just like that my body vanished along with the house. I could hear them... I could hear them crying, screaming my name begging me to come back.
Im glad I was ale to save them... It wont be long till the mansion is restored in its new location.

"Goodbye my friends, goodbye..."

Sorry for not posting anything in a LOOOOOOOOOONG time I had complete writers block this entire time and when I did write something I hated it...
