The Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning

Chapter 1
One night in the Temple.
"In the Year of The Dragon, in a world beyond the realms…" A red dragon breathes fire at a door for it to open into a Grotto full of eggs.
"I, like all the others, awaited the birth of the dragon of whom the prophecies foretold." The dragon entered the room checking on the eggs.
"But the Dark Master heard the prophecies as well. I should have hidden the eggs long before, but I… I thought we were ready, I thought they were safe…" The dragon continues to check on the eggs until he stops at a purple egg on a pedestal to check on it very carefully.
"oh… how I was wrong." The room started to shake with debris falling from the ceiling.
"Save them, the Dark Armies have come!" A Yellow, bluish dragon said while rushing into the Grotto. The red dragon looks around the area trying to find an exit and sees a door close by. The dragon grabbed the purple egg and rushed towards the door and released a flame breath attack at it so it can open. As soon the door opens the dragon then dashes away from the Grotto and runs through the hall to get to a opening that leads to outside. The dragon managed to get outside and flew far away from the Temple to land near the Silver River. When the dragon landed he saw a moses and grabbed it close to put the egg on top of it. The dragon then pushes the moses into the river sending the egg far away from the Temple.
"May the Ancestors look after you, may they look after us all."
After the dragon said that out loud he turned around to fly back to the Temple. The dragon flies back to the Temple as fast as he could and once he got inside he then is horrified on what he sees.
