Author Notes: After two days of not to be able to up load any of my stories. This is the continuation of "Ghouli".
DREAM MAKER
Fox Mulder and Dana Scully were coming back from their latest case. Even though some what strange with the two women involved having been found on the ship wreck.
Only to come out of it with telling stories to the police and F.B.I. about strange dream like creatures attacking them.
Dana Scully was pure exhausted and she was in need of a good night's rest at the house once they finally arrive home.
However with a call from A.D. Walter Skinner. He needed to see them for a briefing the final outcome of the case. He knew better than to push the issue. Knowing full well that the Smoking man wanted further answers in regard to where did William disappear to once again.
In spite of having the newer version of the Bounty Hunter's after him still after a long battle of trying to find him.
"I still can't believe you, Mulder. Why on earth does Skinner want to see us now?" She states out of frustration and being tired of the past months with losing weight and her recent dreams to really bother her the most.
"How about I talk with him. While you stay downstairs in the office and try to sleep." Mulder says with placing a gentle hand onto her already vulnerable shoulder.
"Ok. Just let Skinner know where I am at once you head up to his office." Scully says with moving out of the vehicle to take the elevator down to the basement. While Fox Mulder headed upstairs to A.D. Skinner's office.
It was very quiet on the floor with the elevator dropping him off. He headed on down the hall to reach his office. There would only be Skinner, as his secretary Joan had gone home hours ago to her own family.
Meanwhile downstairs of the X Files office...
Dana Scully had fallen asleep to the world of her dreams...
William had come to her from inside the house. He had tried a number of times to try and make contact with his mother.
But certain factors had gotten into the way of it. He went to sit down next to his mother having to be laying down on the couch with a blue quilt covering her body. She was mostly feeling cold in spite of having to turn up the central heating.
She goes to feel his touch onto her bare shoulder. She sees those eyes of her baby boy of many years ago before giving him up for adoption.
William is trying to tell her something. But she is not able to understand a word he's saying. She starts to cry trying to move up from the couch. When finally he says to her. "Mother , you need to be free of your dreams. Only than you will be able to understand and be free of your long time torment. Do not blame your self any further with having to let go of me many years ago. I must leave now mother. But I will be back soon after I fight my inner battles and what is happening with Earth."
It was at this time that she didn't understand what exactly he meant by it. But she woke to find him gone and having to feel much warmer while she waited for Mulder to finish his briefing with A.D. Skinner...
