Raphael was always the curious child of the group and that worried his adopted father, Splinter. Raphael always seemed to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, all the time. His older brothers didn't really associate with him, he liked to be alone most of the time. Splinter was worried that his youngest wasn't getting enough attention, so he spent a lot of time with him to make up for it.
Raphael's brothers were jealous that he always got the most attention and they had to do something wrong to get what they wanted from their adoptive father. Raphael wasn't sure why his father gave him the most attention, but he knew he didn't like it at all. He just wanted to be alone and do what he wanted, when he wanted. He didn't need a babysitter all the time.
Splinter said to never go to the surface without him or there would be consequences, but does Raphael listen? No, he goes out on his own and gets lost in the big city all by himself, then he meets the two human females who take him in and take him. What will Splinter do when he finds out one of his new found son is missing up in the human world?
