It felt like forever

Based off some prompts I saw on a tumblr blog! The 4 best friends are now in college, both going their separate ways after graduating from high school. But when winter break comes, Shun was told that Yuuta will be coming back. Shun offered to pick him at the bus station. After 2 years of not seeing each other, how does Shun feel?

(A/N: Just wanted to do a short little story based off this tumblr blog that's called 'imagine your otp's'

Reunion

Shun was waiting at the bus station for a certain somebody, he glanced at the clock frequently, when was he coming...?

Shun's heart thumped fast, after 2 years... Even though it seemed little, to him it felt like he was waiting forever.

The light red-head sighed and looked out the window, still no bus arriving. Shun's college classes had ended early since the professor had a family emergency and also because winter break would be tomorrow. And his part time job at the kindergarten had excused him the day off.

"Ah... I have to go to the restroom." Shun quietly mumbled to himself and checked the window once again, no sign of him. Shun frowned worried, 'what if I miss him come in...?'he thought. He got out his phone and skimmed through the text messages of him and Yuuki, the younger Asaba twin had told him that his brother would arrive around 3:30 in the afternoon.

'Even if I do miss him... I'll just be really quick!' Shun put his phone back in his pocket and went to the restroom.

A little while later

When Shun came out of the restroom, he spotted someone. It was a tall male with brown hair, good looking, light brown eyes gazing restlessly around the bus station. He was carrying suitcases and a bag around his shoulder.

Shun recognized him instantly, 'Yuuta!' he shouted inside his head. Yuuta seemed to be taller and... even more good looking (if that was possible).

"Yuuta!" Shun said running towards the said male. Yuuta finally saw Shun and gave him one of those smiles only for the red head male.

Shun couldn't stop himself and ran into Yuuta's arms, smiling like a goof. He was really happy, really, that Yuuta was back, even if it was just for a short while during this winter break.

Yuuta was a little surprised but nonetheless, he put his arms around Shun too- not caring about the other people around them.

Shun felt Yuuta's scent comforting him and he couldn't help but cry a little. He really loved Yuuta a lot.

"Welcome back Yuuta..." Shun said against the older male's jacket. Yuuta gave a noise of "mhm" and smiled.

In each others arms, that's where they belong.
