"Theo, open the door right now!"
A lonely girl in her room in the remote house of her family had lost herself, and not for the first time this day, in the books of histories of old. To be honest, the girl couldn't care less for anything that went on outside of the safe shell of her life as the daughter of a smith.
The banging on the door rarely bothered her when her mind was set on reading the mass of pages. If it was important they would tell her so.
"Theo, the bandits are at the border!"
Suddenly there was a crack in the safe shell.
