Hi! So, my cousin and I were talking about some ideas for Doctor Who during school that we will probably never get to. So! I told my friend what we were doing and told me to write the ideas down, so others can get to write the stories.

Doctor Regenerates with Jack nearby and instead of a new body, he is now in Jack's head. Now Jack must deal with being the new 'Doctor' with the real one complaining to him in his head.
"Hi," Captain Jack said.
"Jack you are doing it wrong! What are you doing! Stop it!" scolded the Doctor.
"I mean, I'm the Doctor," Jack smiled with a thumbs up.
Before the Year that Never Was, right before/after the Master kills the President, everyone hears a noise(can be the opening song to Doctor Who) and the Doctor and Master panic because that sound hasn't been used in centuries... when they last used it.
They try to run and hide while the Doctor explains that when they were young, they played pranks in their school( I heard this somewhere in a fanfic somewhere) and there they found an 'experimental time machine' type thing(anything really) and transported them somewhere.
They now know it was at that time period they were experiencing right then. Their younger selves could not know of them.
Their younger selves appear and this is before the Master/Doctor looked into the time stream so they are still timetots.
I read somewhere that the Doctor could be called Theta and the Master: Koschei.
