Rebekah picked up a handful of clothes throwing them into a bag, wiping away a tear that slide down her cheek.
"Rebekah," Jeremy said, standing in the doorway. "What's going on," he asked but she didn't look up.
"Nothing," she snapped, picking up another handful of clothes. "I'm leaving," she snapped, ripping the bag closed.
"What," he asked. "Where are you going?"
"I'm going home," she snapped.
"Home? Bekah you live here. You have lived here for years," he said as Rebekah pulled on her jacket. "You live with me," he said.
"Not any more," she said and Jeremy scoffed.
"What the hell is going on," he asked.
"As if you don't know," she snapped, spinning around to look at him.
"You can't be serious? What happened? You don't just leave someone you have been dating for 3 years without even a how do ya do," he said.
"And why not," she snapped.
"Because you don't," he snapped back.
"As if you even care," Rebekah said her voice raising shakily.
"Rebekah," Jeremy said, reaching out to her.
"No," she said, pulling back. "No, I'm sick of this. I'm sick of all of it," she said.
"And what's that supposed to mean," he snapped back.
"It means if your going to leave then just go. I'm sick of waiting around for Elena to decide she's sick of me and convince you to leave me. So just leave," she yelled. The water welling up in her eyes.
"What," he said, taking a step towards her. Rebekah picked up her suitcase, taking a step towards the door. "No," he said, blocking her.
"Get out of my way," she snapped.
"No," he said again.
"I'm not going to be played any more. I'm not someone your with when it suits you," she yelled.
"Are you serious," he snapped. "I'll not just with you because I'm bored. I love you Rebekah," he yelled and Rebekah froze. There was this empty silence between them.
"What," Rebekah managed to breathed. Jeremy just stared at her without blinking an eye.
"I love you," he said again and Rebekah shook her head.
"No," she said, stepping back. "Don't. Don't say that," she breathed.
"Bekah," he said, stepping over to her.
"No. I heard you with Elena. I heard what you said. What she said? If you like April so much and more importantly Elena likes her, then why aren't you dating her," she snapped back.
"Because I don't love her," Jeremy yelled. "Yeah, she's nice and yeah, Elena likes her but so what? I love you Rebekah. I don't love her." Rebekah's mouth formed a thin line and they just looked at each other.
"Really," she asked and he smiled.
"Yes," he said, taking a step closer to her. "So much so that I brought this," he said, shaving his hand into his pocket, pulling out a box. Rebekah's eyes grew wide, staring at it.
"Jeremy," she questioned as he dropped onto his knees. "What are you..." she started when Jeremy spoke.
"Rebekah," he said and Rebekah's stomach dropped from her chest. "I don't care what anyone else says. Rebekah, you are the most amazing person I have ever meet. You are kind and sweet and the most beautiful person I have ever met. So great that I want to be with you forever. I promised you forever when I became a vampire, so marry me," he said, holding the diamond ring out to her. Rebekah stared at him for a moment before a smile covered her face. She looked up at him with the most amazed look in her eye, before staring back down at the ring. "Bekah," he breathed and she cocked her eye brows at him. "You have to say something," he breathed and Rebekah laughed. "Yes," she said and he stood up. "Of course I will marry you," she beamed as he slide the ring onto her finger.
"Thank god," he said and Rebekah laughed, jumping into his arms. He held her close and she giggled as he lifted her up off the ground. "I love you," he said, wrapping his hand around her neck and pulled her into a kiss. Rebekah smiled against his lips.
"I love you too."
