make-believe
a furuba drabble collection
Oh Constance you have got me ADDICTED to fururba again :
Kagura wants a happy ending – just like Cinderella.
Only different (for she is Kagura and let's face it, Kagura is no princess.) Like instead of going to a wonderful ball, she wants Kyo to hold her hand. Instead of wanting to make a dress for a beautiful (beside Ritsu would just borrow it.) she wants to hold on to Kyo very tightly and make him love her.
In the end she just wants the prince charming and the happy ending, but Kagura is no Cinderella, and sometime she'll have to realize that life isn't a fairytale – it's time to open your eyes, he doesn't love you.
He never will.
The white dress turns to rags, the carriage into a pumpkin and the glass slippers into plastic. Her happy ending into dust, because really how can she have a happy ending if her prince doesn't love her.

Hiro didn't like fairytales they were to cliché for his taste, a princess falls under a spell and gets capture…and her prince comes to save her. He did however love to play Kisa's knight – it was his job after all.
He loved her after all.
That was anything, but cliché – but he had to open his mouth, and say it to Akito (and then the princess got hurt.) He was something her knight couldn't save her from, and he hated himself for it. She became so broken and there was nothing he could do about it, it was his fault.
He wondered if this was the part where the knight got eaten by the dragon, and whilst being digest he realizes he fails. That his princess will forever be alone, and it's all his fault.

In his eyes – Tohru would always be his princess.
