Problems with Fire

FRANK'S POV:
It was a chilly afternoon on the Argo II when Frank was making his way above deck. The only people that were currently awake were Jason, Leo and himself, Jason was currently being Iris Messaged by Nico, Reyna and Coach Hedge. Leo was building some sort of mini-bicycle that threw tiny ninja stars.
Frank kneeled down next to Leo.
"Hey, what are you building?" Frank asked. He knew what he was building he just wanted a formal name the thing.
"I'm going to call it 'The Ninja Leo Bicycle'" Leo said with a hint of frustration in his voice.
"Going?"He asked
"Yeah, if I could just get it to work ! I've been working on this for 3 hours straight!" said Leo steaming with anger. Literally he was steaming like his whole body were about to catch fire.
Frank was about to say something when Annabeth came running up the stairs.
"Good morning!" Annabeth beamed
Frank was about to ask why she was so happy when Leo's hair caught fire along with 'The Ninja Leo Bicycle'"
"OH MY GODS" Frank screamed practically jumping 20 feet away feet away from Leo.
"Argh!" Leo hissed anger visible in his tone. Suddenly his arms caught fire along with his feet and the area around them. Annabeth looked panicked as she called for Percy.
"Calm down Leo" She said as the more of the wooden floor caught fire.
"The floor!" Leo practically screeched. He was panicking now no longer angry.
Percy ran up the stairs.
"Annabeth are you alri-" He stopped as he saw Leo and the floor around him. Percy summoned a ball of water to fall onto Leo.
The ball of water dropped onto Leo and the floor with a large splash. Frank Stared at the now black area of wooden flooring, Shocked at what had just happened. He checked his pockets for the Wooden Stick but relaxed when he remembered it was with Hazel.
Jason must have heard the yelling because he bounced up the steps a minute later. "Is everything okay?" He asked. He then looked at the ground around Leo "Leo! What Happened!?"
Leo looked up sheepishly. He grinned "Oops?"
