Stupid Powers. Told me to sit. I'm not a dog. And for the record I'm not trying to live down my father's reputation, I'm trying my best to ignore it as much as the students and faculty at this school will let me.
Stupid Stronghold.
He thinks he's just so great. His powers aren't even that great, I mean the guy can't take a hit. He can barely give a hit too. All he did was push me on a cafeteria table, big deal. I can incinerate cafeteria tables. And okay so maybe he threw me through the cafeteria wall, but I got back up didn't I?
Besides it's not like he needs more reasons to inflate his huge ego. I'm down for about five seconds, and his loser nerd herd groupies are already fawning all over him. Pathetic. The only thing worse than Will Stronghold are the wanna-be Stronghold groupies. It's not like he won the fight, the little red-head with the fire extinguisher saved him. Not like he could figured it out himself. See me, I'm a lethal combination, brains and brawn. And I think as far as a fan base is concerned we all know every chick in sky high harbors some secret desire to be the spark that starts my flame.
And when I was down I got an unwanted look up Powers skirt. I definitely did not want to see that.
"All right look, whatever happened with our dads has nothing to do with us. What do you say?"
How about hell no?
I can't believe he wanted to shake my hand, make amends. It's like the guy got hit with stupid stick. Maybe Jetstream dropped him when he was born. All though I doubt the Commander would let he precious spawn get hurt.
God, and now I have to go home and explain to my mom that I got in a fight. She worked so hard to get me into this school so the slightest slip up raises hell like you wouldn't believe in my house. Ugh, Stronghold will probably go home and get an X-box. Disgusting.
