The only thing Naruto knew for certain now was that he was going to die. The only thing he could do was lie there in a puddle of his own blood and wonder how this had happened. Then the flashbacks started. And he remembered who was well on their way with killing the great Uzumaki Naruto. Hinata Hyuga was going to kill him. With his fading chakra Naruto could tell she was only about a minute from him. He still wasn't sure why Hinata had joined the Akatsuki but he knew with absolute certainty that he couldn't fight her off in his condition.

KIT YOU NEED TO FIGURE SOMETHING OUT. TRY SUMMONING A TOAD, MAYBE THEY CAN REVERSE SUMMON YOU.

Kurama you're a genius, I'm just not sure i can scrape together enough chakra to pull it off.

Naruto muscled his way to his feet, dipped his finger into his wound and coughed out "summoning jutsu" as he ran through the hand signs and slammed his hand on the ground an summoned a small messenger toad. "Hurry back and tell gamakichi to reverse summon me."

The messenger toad gave Naruto a quick salute and returned to tell Gamakichi.

"Hello Naruto"

Instantly Narutos' back stiffened and his blood ran cold. No. He was too late. He would die here. Naruto figured he should at least look his killer in the face if he was going to die here. So he turned.

"Hello Hinata, I guess this is it huh? I never thought that if I was going to be killed it would be a friend who did it."

"Funny seeing as how Sasuke has almost killed you more times than I can count now."

"Yeah well Sasuke and I have a funny relationship"

"You know you're going to die right? Why not run or try and fight me?"

"You should know i'll never run and i'll never willingly try to kill someone I call a friend."

"Fool. Im never going back to that village and my one goal is to kill you. Which I'm going to do now, anything else you want so say?"

"Fine then die" Hinata yelled as she lunged her dagger at Narutos' heart. Just as the dagger broke the skin of narutos chest he poofed out of existence.

NARUTO! Gamakichi yelled.

The last thing naruto remembered was Gamakichi scooping him up and leaping away.
