Set: This story is set after Episode IV
AN: This story may be set after Episode IV but it could also be considered to be after Episode III. The reason why I chose Episode IV is because its years after Padme's death and Anakin would have realized after so long in darkness of what he did but feels that he'll never be reunited with the one that he loves.
Lost in Darkness
Lost, that is what I feel constantly ever since you died.
Ever since I killed you on Mustafar I have been so lost.
You were the light in my life. You were there for me when my mother died.
You said we should take action on the vision that I had of her being in pain and suffering.
You didn't expect anything from me. I only joined the Dark Side of the Force to save you. Save you from childbirth.
Instead I killed you. Nothing can ever bring you back.
Without your light, your love to guide me I feel so lost.
Now because you are dead our children will never know you. Never know the me that you knew.
I just feel so alone and lost. When I sleep I see you and everything that we have been through.
I know you must hate me for what I did. It's no more than what I deserve.
I know that even when I die I may never see you. For you are an angel and I am nothing. Just a servant boy turned Jedi turned Sith.
But I don't know what to do. You will always be in the light.
While I will always be lost in darkness.
