Ramen and Friendships

It was Naruto's belief that ramen could make you feel better. It was also his belief that if you ate ramen with friends it tastes much better. His friends learned that this is true. From Kakashi, Sakura, Kiba, Shino, Shikamaru, Chouji, Ino, Hinata, Lee, Neji, Tenten, Tsunade, Shizune, and Jiraiya all enjoy when Naruto brings over ramen to cheer them up. Of course he never brings over the cheap stuff but from Ichiraku's, the best. So after Asuma's funeral Naruto bought two bowls of ramen to the apartment of Kurenai. Sure it would not make any less upset about the death of her husband, but it still the thought that counts.
"Naruto?"
"Hey Kurenai-sensei," said Naruto, grinning. "I brought some ramen over for you."
"Thank you," said Kurenai. "Would you like to come in?"
"Sure," said Naruto. Naruto stepped into the apartment and followed Kurenai to the kitchen. "One for me and one for you." Kurenai smiled at the blond Shinobi. After they ate with little conversation and Kurenai giving half the bowl that she didn't eat to Naruto.
"Thanks Naruto," said Kurenai. Naruto just grinned.
"Kurenai-sensei, remember that you aren't alone! When baby is born I want to meet him or her," said Naruto, smiling.
"I know Naruto," said Kurenai. "I'm sure the baby will love to meet you."
"Well I have to go meet Sakura-chan," said Naruto, giving Kurenai a quick hug and then running out of the apartment. Kurenai just shook her head. Everything will be alright.
