"SIT SIT SIT! Now I'm going home. I have tests I need to study for, I'll be back in three days." Kagome said firmly
"Your not going any where until we collect more shards wen-"

"-muph" Inu-Yasha meet dirt for the third time in a minuet.
'New record' thought Kagome as she started walking to the well. Upon reaching the well the air seemed to crackle with evil, and if you had a good enough nose, rotting clay. Kagome knew exactly who it was...(I mean who wouldn't, the air smells so bad...)
"Show your self Kikyo," Kagome shouted
"My, my Inu-Yasha little shard detector seems a little upset today, now why could that be, hm?" Kikyo said to herself, "could it possibility be that you two had another argument? Or is it the fact that he will never love you because he is devoted entirely to going to hell with me? Which is it Kagome? Maybe both, perhaps? No matter, soon you will be back in your own time locked on your side of the well forever, while Inu-Yasha fulfills his promise to me." Kikyo says with and evil air, with that she pulls out he bow and arrows and shoots at Kagome. Kagome had no choice but to back up... directly into the well.
"AIEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" Kagome screamed as she descended into the well and it's black abyss

Feudal Era Kikyo peered over the side of the well making sure that Kagome was gone before she sealed the well with a special scroll, one that contained the rest of her so called life force. The only way Inu-Yasha could get his precious shard detector back... was to kill her with his own hands. Little did she know the hand impaling her at that very moment, was doing just that. She hadn't even time to feel the pain she was clay and ashes in mere seconds.
IY POV 'Ash, nothing but ash and clay. He had seen the whole conversation between Kagome and Kikyo. Kikyo had mentioned something about love, could it really possibility be Kagome loved him? The was only one way to find out...' Then he jumped into the well.
Normal POV Kagome was still sobbing in the well house when Inu-Yasha came through from the feudal era. He hopped silently out of the well, he could smell her tears, he hated it when she cried and it hurt him to see her that way. As quietly as possible he scoops her up and sits in the corner of the well house. She snuggled into his warmth and slowly stopped crying as she looked up into his face.
"You came, for me." Kagome whispered
"Of course I did, I love you," Inu-Yasha whispered back
"Y... you l.. lo...love me? Wait what about Kikyo?" Kagome asked
"Kikyo's gone, I killed her. She wasn't the person I used to know. She would have never done any of that she was corrupted by pure malice. I haven't love her for a long time, what we had back then was more of a companionship, never love. I could never love her for one reason, I love you to much." Inu-Yasha said
"I love you too Inu-Yasha" Kagome said as she through her arms around his neck in a gentle hug but when she raised her head lips meet lips in a deep passionate kiss that seemed to last and eternity.
