A little oneshot of BRSxDM
Black Rock Shooter and Dead Master are in a fight. Once a silent observer, Strength, is moving in to interfere.
Her first attack is aimed at Rock. But Rock evades it.
This makes Strength furious. She had put a lot of effort into that attack.
Now it is Dead turn to attack. She does not like when others interfere in her battles.
Strength gets a scrape on her ogre arm. But most of the force of the attack goes into the ground.
The ground starts to crack. None but Strength notice this, and takes a jump back and slams both her Ogre Arms into the ground, causing it to collapse. Both Rock and Dead falls down in a big hole.
"Shit! Why did she have to interfere" Rock says and stands up.
She inspects her injuries. Nothing bad, just that her coat was completely torn.
She takes it off and picks up her sword from the ground.
She then looks around. She appears to have fallen in to some sort of tunnel.
Then she sees her. Dead Master. She sits against the wall of the tunnel.
And it looks like she has hurt her arm quite a bit.
"This is my chance to finish this", Rock thinks to herself. She starts to walk towards her with her sword raised. But when she stands next to her, ready to do it, Dead looks up at her. And Rock just break down in tears.
"I can´t, I can´t do it, I can´t kill you" Rock screams and throws the sword to the ground.
Dead does not say anything. She just smiles and it is not an evil smile, just a normal smile.
Rock falls to her knees, still crying.
And then Dead says "It's alright. Come here" and raises her uninjured arm towards her.
Rock almost jumps right into Dead´s arms. Dead put her arm around her.
"Why do we have to fight?" Rock says, looking up at Dead tears, still coming down her chins
"It is sadly how this world works." she says and looks down into Rock´s blue teary eyes. She lifts her injured arm and wipes her tears and says "But for now let's just rest here."
"I I love you" Rock says, and put a hand on Dead´s chin.
"I know. I love you too" Dead replies.
They moves in and kisses.
Rock may not have been injured but she is exhausted. So she falls asleep in Dead´s arms.
Dead looks down on the girl, now sleeping in her arms.
"It is indeed sad that we have to fight one another. But at least for now we can rest here together." Dead says to herself
When Rock wakes up she is laying with her head in Dead´s lap.
She looks up at her, only to see that she has also fallen asleep.
Rock smiles. That she was able to be so close to the girl she loves, even if it is only for a short time I can be happy.
But I will continue to fight so that maybe one day we can be together again.
