A/N- So sorry for the lack of Update on my other story, I will try to post the 2nd chapter sometime next week if not, please be patient. I am a very busy person and can not write everyday. So basically this story is a fourtris story and about their kids. Hope you enjoy and thanks for all the love and support!
Chapter One
Before
Tobias runs to the steel train and jumps, pressing the side button to allow others to get on. By others, I mean me. Tobias and I went on a little outing. After The War happened, nobody knew where to start in rebuilding our crumbled world full of lies. Being the selfless people we were brought up as, he volunteered to help in the building process.
Tobias wanted to be a lawyer, but couldn't commit to it before The War. He knew that Erudite was going to attack. That's why he chose Control room/Initiate trainer. He could monitor the entire city and know exactly when Erudite attacked and where.
A hand thrust out in front of me breaking through my thoughts. I take it and was automatically hauled up and into the center of the train cart. Tobias followed shortly after.
He strides towards me with those long leg of his and his lips crash onto mine. I gasp and then melt into his grasp. We never have times like these anymore.
"Get a room!" I hear someone yell. I break away and find Uriah staring at us in disgust. I laugh and then everyone else somehow manages to get on the train. To be honest, I wasn't really paying attention that much. Christina jumps on, followed by Zeke, Shauna, Will, and Marlene. I am expecting Al, then sadly realize that he is gone forever.
A tear slides down my cheek as I remember that moment that I wished I could forget.
FLASHBACK
"Tris, you might want to see this." Christina says with a worried look. I hop out of my bunker and follow Christina. When she stops, I see where we are. We are at The Chasm. Dauntless men are heaving up a rope that looks pretty heavy, considering that 12 men are pulling on it. After 2 pulls, I finally see what Christina was talking about. Al. He looks pale and sickly and has a deep gash on his forehead. Wait, he couldn't have jumped, he can't. But the proof was right here. Al, my friend, had jumped in The Chasm. Al had committed suicide. Al was dead. The impact hit me so hard that I sobbed, and I cried and I just sat down in the middle of the Dauntless Compound just crying. Christinais now sitting and is running her hands through my hair trying to calm me down. It doesn't work. Al being dead is my fault. I just sit down and feel sorry for myself. Seeing Al dead isn't the hard part, it's remembering all the memories you've had with them. You feel a big chunk of your heart missing. I cared for Al and he jumped. I would never see him again.
FLASHBACK OVER
"You okay?" Tobias asks me. I slowly nod then turn my head in the other direction fighting back tears. Tobias embraces me and says "I know it's hard, but you have to understand that we will always be here for you. We all will support you and never will forget about you"
He understands me so well. I break away and then put a cheerful smile on. "Okay, Who's ready to get their party on!"
Everyone cheers. No Dauntless doesn't like a good party. Especially when you have the Pedrad boys involved. I laugh when I see that Uriah and Zeke are smiling evilly. Oh, great. Just what we needed.
I turned towards Tobias once more and whispered in his ear "Get ready to get humiliated"
I got a gruff in response and then whispered "I love you"
"I love you too Trissy-Poo"
I slapped him.
