The Introduction
She knew she would have a problem fitting in as soon as her Mom showed her the school. She could tell just by the look of it the school was built on old money. Empire State University was notorious for its students being either incredibly rich or incredibly smart, as she had grown up neither, Kirby Arsinoe anticipated the suspected the only reason they had even allowed her in was her mother's work on particle acceleration with Reed Richards,former leader of the fantastic four. That was another thing that bothered her, the alumni, some of the greatest minds of the day had once been students there. The school seemed to shroud her in the shadows of great scientist and even worst amazing superheroes. She once over heard her mother and Doctor Reed discuss how the school was given grants in the names of the greatest superheroes around and how it was rumored that Spider-man, himself, was once a student there was a plus side to the schools mutant and super-powered student body, it gave her hope that perhaps for once she wouldn't feel like a , just maybe, there would be others as blasphemously unusual as her.
Author's Note: This is a story based after an odd dream I had the other night... anyway it will have quite a few Marvel Universe Character cross-overs.
