I see my name. I see my name next to the number one. I see my name next to the number one on the rankings.

"Tris! You are first! Congratulations!" Christina standing next to me hugs me tightly that I could not even breathe. "See, I also pass too!"

I focus on the screen and read the rankings.

1. Tris

2. Uriah

3. Lynn

4. Marlene

5. Peter

6. Will

7. Christina

I smile, and this time, I hug Christina wholeheartedly. "I am glad that you made it too! Congratulations!"

After all that hugging, Christina turns to Will and they kiss. While I am standing there awkwardly, I feel a tap on my shoulder and turn to see Tobias standing behind me.

"You think giving you a hug would give away too much?" he says with a smile.

"You know," I say, smiling back to him, "I really don't care."

I stand on my tiptoes and press my lips to his.

It is the best moment of my life.

After we kiss for a moment and break apart, still smiling, Tobias asked, "Come to my apartment after all the celebration. I have something to ask you."

"Ok." I say, "I am looking forward to it."

After all that hugging and squeezing, shouting and laughing, I am finally able to squeeze out of the crowd and get my way to Tobias' apartment. Walking through the long corridors, I still can't believe I ranked first in initiation. It seems like all that fear of getting discovered of being divergent has gone. Because now, I am a truly Dauntless, and I ranked first. Nobody is going to judge me about divergent again.

I arrive at Tobias' apartment and open the door because it isn't locked. Tobias is sitting on the couch with his deep-thinking look, serious and handsome.

"So, what are you going to ask me?" I ask as I enter the room, sitting next to him on the couch.

He lifts his head up and say, "I was just thinking, since the initiation is over, and you need to get an apartment a couple days later, I just want to say," He keeps rubbing his hand and continues. "Do you want to move in with me?"

I never thought about moving in with Tobias so fast, after a couple weeks of dating. We still don't really know each other. Is it going too fast? I asked myself in heart. Or, I should say, am I ready for it?

But, his eyes are fixed on me, begging for a "yes".

"Tobias, it is hard to say, but sorry." I say as I hold his hand. "I don't think I am ready for this. You know I was kind of afraid of, well, you know, and I need time to get through it. So, let's don't take things too fast, ok?"

Tobias drops his head a little, feeling hurted which I don't want him to, but then says, "Ok, I understand it. Let's just wait for the right timing then."

I warp my arms around his neck and says, "Maybe I am not moving in right now, but this will always be your and my secret place together." I smile at him, hoping to cheer him up.

"You know, you can always come here and look for me anytime." Tobias says.

"I will." I say as I give him a little peck on the cheeks. We stay in that way sitting on the couch for hours until dinner.

After dinner, I go back to the dormitory because tonight is our last night sleeping there. Tomorrow, we are going to pick jobs and get apartments according to our rankings. The first ranking picks first, so that I can get what I want. I decided to be an initiate trainer with Tobias and work as a tattoo artist in the tattoo parlor with Tori in normal days. Also, I had already discussed with Christina that we are sharing an apartment. I start packing my belongings on my bed, ready for tomorrow's departure.

"Can't believe it is all over." Christina says as she is walking towards me. "It all happens in a blink." She sits on her bed which is just next to mine.

"Yeah." I say, looking around the dormitory, "There are such good and bad memories here." I remember the time when Peter stabbed Edward, humiliate me and my friends stood up for me.I stop looking around as I see Al's original bed. Christina kind of gets it and looks at the same direction at me. Al was one of us when we started initiation, and now he is not with us ending initiation. I hate him of his betrayal but I miss him for his presentence.

"What are you looking at?" Will says and sits next to Christina. "Oh, Al."

"Now I just wish Al is here with us," I say with a wobbling voice. "Even though he does something wrong to me. If I had forgiven him, maybe things would not turn out like this."

"No, it is not your fault, Tris." Christina tries to comfort me. "He made his own choice."

"What we should do now is let go." Will says with his back straighten up. "There is no use blaming yourself now. We should let go and move on." He stands up and continues. "Look, there is a bright future waiting for us tomorrow. We can finally live on our own and do jobs that we like." He spreads his arms and looks at me. "So let's just let the past go and look ahead to the future."

"Ok." I say as I stand up and fall into Will's arms. "I am so glad I have a friend like you."

"Me too." Will replies with a smile.

"Me three." Christina says as she joins in our hug.

Since the initiation is over, maybe now is the time to let go everything from the past, I say to myself. And welcome the bright future that is in front of us. Now, I am not an initiate anymore. Now, I am a fully, truly Dauntless.
