Savior
Jesus Christ,
The universe's coolest guy,
God's only Son
Sent to die.
Not only for me,
But also for you.
You can see His love
Shining through.
It's a painful way to die
By three nails and a thorn crown:
Life flowing away,
Forgiveness trickling down.
His blood was the payment
For all of mankind's sin.
He watches up in heaven,
Waiting for you to invite him in.
Life is a lot nicer,
When you feel safe and sound.
Life is a lot better,
Knowing your Savior is around.
