YAAAAAAAAAAAAAY! 2nd STORY EVAH! This was kinda an out of the blue story, it doesn't really have a main plot or storyline in it. I wasn't sure whether to make it a one shot or a chapter kind of story, but since I thought I wanted to throw in random stuff in here and there in the future for fun, as this isn't the kind of more... well-planned stories that I'm writing. You know what, guys/gals? I'll probably make this those kind of stories where the readers can submit in any scenario they want and I'll try to throw it in. I hope you guys could leave some constructive feedback/criticism/reviews, till then, STAR WARRIOR HI-5~!

WHRRRRRRRRRR~

"HIYA!"

Duck hunt dog's eyes nearly flew out of it's sockets as it crashed backwards into duck from the momentum, sliding on the slick black floor towards the feet of a towering woman dressed in a blue dress. At the wave of a wand, a Luma had flown to the sides of the duo, giving slight bumps to help them get back up. The woman spared them a glance before looking back towards their assailants; despite having an advantage in the environment and numbers, their team was instead on the losing end, clinging closely to their shared stock, not to her surprise. She squinted her eyes as the Sun's rays glared at them.

In a flash, the flat platform they were on had transported them over an ocean as it travelled at great velocity. Also, there was a blue ball flying towards her face.

Processing...

Yeah. Her face.

Luckily enough, it ran straight into Luma who had jumped in just in time. Luma was sent reeling back and gave a small squeal as it got further rammed above her, until the blue ball finally spread out, kicking his legs together at Luma. Rosalina stood agast at how quickly things had happened as Luma was sent flying off (or in this case, too high up) the stage.

"You're too slow~!" the voice taunted from above. Rosalina had lifted her head up to take a peek at her opponent, but was suddenly grabbed by the scruff as another blur whizzed in front of her. This one however, stared their blue eyes straight into hers with much, a strong feeling of confidence in them.

She flinched immediately, half expecting to be pummeled a few times. Instead, she was sent flying up into the air, and just as she felt a moment of relief, a sharp pain shot through her entire back as she got launched even further upwards. Grimacing in pain and practically defenceless without Luma in the current situation, all she could do was try to regain her balance if she wanted to stay in the match.

All she needed was one moment...

"Sorry~!" a voice called.

Once again, she turned in the direction of the source, only this time, she received the sole of a red shoe to her jaw. She felt an electric shock go through her, before she was blasted all the way over the platform, barely able to comprehend what had just happened.

GAME!

The world around them whirled slowly, before changing into a stretch of land with ancient ruins and pillars behind. As the duck hunt dog took his turn to help rosalina up, she dusted herself off, hugging Luma, whom had just reappeared beside her again. She put her hands together and begun applauding as the spotlights were turned on, shining brightly on two silhouettes.

The winner is...

As the figure slightly behind swung his blade behind his back and put his free hand on his hip without a word, the blue ball of fur at the front was break dancing.

"Let's do that again some time!" he encouraged, before doing a backflip, bumping a fist into the air.

Team Blue!

As the audience clapped and cheered looking at the screens, the statistics of the match flashed up, allowing the smasher to be sent back to their mansion.

Once her feet touched the carpeted floors of the mansion once again, Rosalina made her way towards the other team.

"Congratulations you two, on keeping your title," she commented. The short blue figure before her took not much notice however, having the usual confident smile on his face wiped off into a slightly disappointed frown.

"I told them to call us team speed..."

"C'mon Sonic, you've been around here much longer than I have, I'm pretty sure you know that they won't do that," his blonde partner replied as he rubbed the back of his head.

"I know, but still... I mean, our duo is LEGENDARY, Shulk! Team speed, the formation of our partnership was already revolutionary to begin with!" Sonic replied, shrugging. "Unbeatable, 12-0, 2slow4us, Uwotm9. Hashtag that on our twitter page," Sonic reminded, pointing at his partner's pocket.

"Uhhhh..." the taller of the two turned back to Rosalina. "Thank you! Your partnership with duck hunt was also very interesting. It was really really tough, I'd like to train more with you all!"

Rosalina chuckled at the fellow's comments. "Thank you, Shulk, but you should hold your praises, I believe we have much more to work on."

As the two teams walked out of the preperations room, they bid farewell to each other.

"Shulk, Sonic, have a good day!"

"Yeah, you guys too! Have a rest!"

"Have a nice day!"

"Arf!"

As the two teams headed their separate ways, Shulk turned back to his partner as they walked down the hallways.

"What do you suggest we do now, Sonic? Should we train more? I was thinking about this new trick, maybe if you used your spikes to launch the opponent upwards and kicked him, so I could follow up on an air slash with the Smash art? Or maybe I could get Master Hand to let me use the enchant art, or the cyclone art..."

Sonic listened on intently, trying to catch as many of the ideas that Shulk had thought of. Despite not being really keen on listening about battles at the moment, he kept his mouth shut out of politeness, nodding and occasionally prompting Shulk to go on.

"Shulk's just like a little kid with a whole box of Legos, always full of ideas," Sonic grinned as he thought to himself. He looked down, rubbing his stomach. "Guess it's about time for lunch now..."

"Hey Shulk, wadd'ya say we get some food first? I bet we could also get some advice from the others, then with all of the plans packed together, WHAM! BSBBE!"

Shulk's eyes lit up at the hedgehog's words. "Yeah, that'd be nice! Especially with the veterans, I bet we could... Uhh... What was that part?"

"Serve up THE BSBBE~~~" Sonic hummed. "Choke on that son!"

He stopped in his tracks as he saw the look of confusion on Shulk's face.

"Best Smash Brothers Beating~~~ EVER!" Sonic declared, followed by his rapid air punches, as the two then proceeded together for the dining halls, chuckling together.
