"Thank you so much Mom, I love you, I love you, I love you!" I exclaimed when my Mom announced we're moving. I've been getting bullied alot lately, ever since my brother, Liam, came out with his 'gayness'. Even some of the freshman were picking on me! Taylor Williams was the one who bullied me the most though.. just because he was the only one that would actually hit me. It wasn't that bad until one day we were in the boys' toilets...well let's just say I ended up knocking him in the nose and got suspended from attending school for a couple days. My mom said there was no reason for me to be the one who got suspended, which is what she's supposed to say but she has a point.
"No probelm sweetie, I think it will be best for you."She said, smiling. "But Mom this isn't fair!" Liam yelled, "I want to stay here!" "I'm sorry, Liam but you have to think about about Harry,"She paused for a moment before continuing,"Ever since you...came out, he's had it rough." I smiled considering the thought that my mother was sticking up for me. "Now both of you better go start packing, we will leave bright and early tommorow."She spoke. "But, before you two start packing, though, why don't you go down town and get some take-out, considering I already packed up the kitchen." "Okay, Mom, we'll be back soon." We answered as we walked out the door
After we got back home and ate I went up to my room to start packing. I had several boxes already laying on my bed. I'm guessing my mom came up while we were gone and gave us both some boxes. Although I decided it would be best to try and fit some of my clothes into suitcases, also. "Damn," I whispered under my breath. I forgot to ask Mom exactly where we were moving. I ran downstairs to find my mom in her bedroom packing and listening to...Queen? I laughed at the thought of me trying to guess what she's listening to. She jumped alittle when she heard my voice. "Oh, Harold you startled me, is there anything you need?"She asked. "Yeah, I forgot to ask where we're moving," I replied. "Well, we're moving to Doncaster." she smiled. "Uhhh, mom..where's that?" I asked hoping she wouldn't tell me that is was in a different country. "It's a very small town, not too far from here." I sighed in relief that we were staying in England. "Okay, thanks Mom, I'm going to go finish packing now." And with that I left the room.
