The Terrans were in boot camp. Or maybe it could be called poop camp. An SCV, 400 minerals, and a geyser with fields of minerals. The SCV was called David. He wanted to build a goliath. He just had to be smart; the first step was critical to success. David's first choice was…build a command center! Now he is out of resources. In two minutes, the command center was finished! David's next task is to gather more minerals from the field. After thirteen trips to the field and the command center, he decided to build a refinery on the geyser. The refinery took 40 seconds to build. He went back to get nineteen more trips of minerals. Then he had to build a barracks. He used 150 minerals to build it. And 80 seconds later, he was done building the barracks. Then David went to the refinery and took thirteen trips of vespene gas. He switched tasks and went to the mineral field on 25 trips. Now David had enough resources to build a factory. After 80 more seconds the factory was built. David was excited; the goliath was in sight of completion! There was a problem though. He needed an armory to build the goliath at the factory. He went to the refinery six times. Now he had enough vespene gas to build the armory. David went to the mineral field. He got twelve loads of minerals. Now he could finally build an armory. David took 80 seconds to build the armory. Now, he could start his final step in his objective. He remembered that he needed more resources. "Not enough minerals" said the commander. He went to get minerals thirteen times. Then he tried to build the goliath again. "Insufficient vespene gas" said the commander. David, be more patient! He went to the refinery six more times. Now he had exactly enough gas. He started with the goliath and fortunately it worked. He waited 40 seconds and it came from the factory. "Goliath on lion!" said the goliath.
Then David remembered a story he had read in the bible. It was about David and Goliath. And David had killed Goliath. He knew what the right thing to do was. David was going to kill the goliath. It was too bad that the goliath had armor but David the SCV had no armor. He started to use his fusion cutter. The goliath didn't know what to do. He didn't use his twin auto cannons so he was about to lose. He could have killed David in five seconds. But David's fusion cutter was not so strong. He started to attack the goliath. 32 seconds later, the goliath was gone. Well, David, as the bible said, goliath was dead. Congratulations! You have succeeded in retelling a bible story!
