Csi: Miami (Parody) Location is Key. S1/E1.
I do not own CSI: Miami but I do own the idea and story plot.
REMEMBER That this Csi: Miami will be DIFFERENT. The way I want it.
Horatio thought of his wife and as he got in his silver hummer. It had been four years and every once in a while it would still get him thinking if that hadn't happened.. His red blackberry beeped. Horatio looked and hadn't notice the unfamiliar number.
"Hello." His voice calmed over the phone, "Horatio Caine." The speaker on the other end was just silent all Horatio could hear was breathing. Then after thirty seconds of waiting for a reply , Horatio was ready to hang up but then the person on the other end spoke ,"Horatio how long has it been?" Horatio was still calm. "Since what?" The speaker laughed. "Since you put me in jail five years, six, seven?" Horatio was surprised he just laughed. "Maybe but son what do you want?" The speaker got angry. "For you to pay for what happened to him." Horatio was confused to whom was he was. "Son why don't you just go come down to the station and we can talk." "No! It's- It's to late. He's gone! Cause of you!" Horatio soon got irritable from the lack of hints of the identity of the mysterious ex-prisoner. "I have gotten out of prison for good behavior and I'm coming after you, Caine." Horatio laughed once more before hanging up. "Sounds like a Challenge." The call hadn't thrown Horatio off one bit but made him want to look further into the identity of the mysterious ex-prisoner. As he got into the building Eric and the new worker, Maci piled details of a case they had in his ear. "There's a little girl, Darcy Millers, she has been burned and formed third degree burns from what they say the father's abusive behavior and past violent fire habits.." Maci Stated. Then Eric piled papers in Horatio's face. "We couldn't find the dad at first till we found him passed out about two or three blocks from the scene." Horatio sighed. "Where's the dad?" Maci looked in the papers, "Ahh he was bailed out from our custody about fifteen minutes ago. "Okay, I will try and find out what happened, Maci?" He confirmed and questioned. "Sir" "Can you trace the location from my last call, I think it came from a payphone."
He handed her his red blackberry. "Yes, sir. I should have the location traced within the next ten minutes, sir." Horatio smiled at the intern "Great, thanks Maci." She nodded in return. Horatio soon turned to Eric. "Where is the kid?" Eric looked across the building and pointed. "There with her mother In the interrogation room. Yeah She's only six years old." Horatio shook his head. "Will she be okay?" Eric thought to himself. "Oh, I'm sorry what did you say?" Horatio laughed. "So Maci got you mesmerized?" Eric laughed. "No, she's nice and all but its not her." Horatio laughed. "I said will the girl be okay." Eric sighed. "Yeah she will but they say the burns will cause permanent sensitivity to both arms and on her left arm. "Let's talk to the mother." Horatio insisted, Eric leaded Horatio to a crying mother leaning over her sleeping daughter." The police had recently assured her the Horatio was the man for finding who did this. "Hello Ma'am." Horatio greeted. "H-H-Hello." Her stifling and crying caused instant stuttering. Eric sat down along with Horatio. "Ma'am were where you when your daughter was burned?" She looked down and started stifling more. "With my girlfriends." Eric looked at Horatio with confusion. "Then who was watching Darcy?" The mother wiped her eyes. "My other daughter Clementine who is 17 was suppose to be watching her. I only left for about forty minutes before the neighbors called about smoke appearing from the house." "Where is Clementine now?"
The mother looked around. "Umm this lady told me she was in questioning. I don't know." Horatio looked at the police officers. "Find Clementine." The police officers left out the room immediately looking for Clementine. "Ma'am what was this lady's name?" The mother thought and rubbed her head. "Umm she she s-she said it was…. Lindsay! Lindsay, that was her name. She was my height, blue eyes, short blond hair." Horatio sighed. "We don't have a lady with blue eyes and short hair named Lindsay." Eric got up fast and hurried out the room. The mother was now getting worried. "W-What's happening?" Horatio looked at the mother's pattern of rubbing her daughter's hand when getting more worried before he answered. "We think someone may have your daughter." She broke down crying again. But this time more loudly and covering the sounds of large sobs with her pale hands. Horatio looked down at the burns of the six year old. "Who would do this to your daughters?" The mom was still sobbing loudly when she answered. "No-Na-N-Nobody would do this to Darcy let along Clementine. Why are they saying Darcy's dad did this?" Horatio looked up at the Mom's big Hazel eyes. "Darcy's dad is not Clementine's dad?" The mother looked away when he asked her that personal question it brought back memories of her failed Clementine love life. "No, when I had Clementine her dad was a criminal we had married after dating for only three months. He was never home when we had her. He was always bringing home large sums of cash when he did come home. But now he's in prison, thirteen years left, Clementine has been counting. And Darcy's dad, Ben had been a mistake dating he was abusive and violent to my friends and wanted me all to him. We had only dated a month before becoming pregnant with Darcy. He was so mad at first but then he changed for like a week and I thought he was finally excited and then he got even more violent," Horatio got up. "Ma'am we'll find your daughter and who did this to Darcy." She stifled up the snot and tears she had left, "Thank Y-You." Horatio left and talked to one of the police officers on the case. "Where had Clementine last been seen?" The police officer had a disk in his hand. "I had last seen her with officer Hunt. But here's the surveillance footage from this morning when she had been kidnapped." Horatio nodded at the officer's work. "Okay Make sure you check any other people that may had been witnessed the kidnapping." The police officer nodded and walked off the interview and question people who may be relevant to the case. Horatio ordered Calleigh to question Officer Hunt on Clementine's disappearance when Maci headed his way. "That was more than ten minutes." Maci laughed. "I know but turns out to be from a retraceable cell phone. Bought from a woman named Lindsay Procter." That made Horatio pay special attention. "Lindsay is she medium height, blue eyes, short blond hair?" Maci looked at Horatio with shock. "Yeah! How did you know." Maci exclaimed. "Because The mom said a lady named Lindsay took Clementine for questioning. Where can we find Lindsay?" Maci looked through her papers. "It said 5th street west." Horatio thanked Maci before requesting back up on 5th street west. His hummer peddled fast through the traffic with police lights behind him it gave him a reason to go faster. But with the thoughts of Clementine and Darcy it gave him a reason to work harder. They got to an abandoned warehouse with the paint shedding off the sides. The police got out first clearing outside the house before Horatio signaled to clear out the inside. The blue inside was cold and silent. Police officers went separate ways before Eric caught up with Horatio. "They said Upstairs and basement is clear." Horatio pointed his gun at a moving substance. "Eric?" The same substance caught Eric's eye. "Yeah?" Horatio walked closer to the bright red substance. "I think it's blood, but no body." "I'll search the rest of the house for the body." Eric searched the rest of the house with the remaining police officers. Horatio thought to himself, before Eric came. "I maybe no doctor but who ever lost that much blood is dying." Eric concluded. "And we need to find out who." Horatio summed up.
End of Part 1.
