I know what you're thinking, ANOTHER AC High fic... Well, too bad. You know my original one on the collection of many short stories? Well, I was rereading it and realized how I got stuck, I pretty much made all the important events that happened in the games and had nothing to go by. Well, gonna fix that now with a new version. Hope you guys enjoy.

Who cares if 17 is gone, I still got the Apple!

Vidic had a smile like a Chesire cat plastered to his face as he held the golden orb. He had the power, all the ower he could ever dream of, right at his fingertips! Nothing could stop him now! Now as he sat as his desk, he still smiled widely, dark thoughts riddled his mind, he could make anyone do anything.

Or so he thought.

As he thought a command, he expected it to be fullfilled, but instead, a burst of blinding light made him stumble backwards! He couldn't catch himself before he fell through the window, the Apple descending with him. He thought he was done for! And the moment he saw black, he waited for white and to see heaven's pearly gates to let him in.

Boy was he wrong...

He snapped awake in a fancy red office chair in front of an oak desk. Confusion took hold immediantly as he looked around the small room, seeing teacher award plaques hung on the wall. And on a cork board was a few pictures and notes tacked on. One he really stared at was him, covered in yellow paint, lecturing a young man in a white sweatshirt.

A knock on the door drew his attention and he said quickly, "Come in." Why did it feel so natural telling people what to do? Like he had done it before.

An old man stepped in, he had a long white beard and one iris that was lighter than the other, he also was dressed in a black jacket and white dress shirt. "You ready for the first day of school, Warren?"

School? he wondered. He picked up a small plate on the desk and read it to himself. 'Vice Principal Vidic'? "Yeah," he coughed a little awkwardly, "of course."

"So do you think the students what to hear the speech from their principal or their vice principal," the other asked with a smirk. By now, Warren managed to read the name tag. 'Principal Mualim'. So this guy was in charge of him then?

It was all still confusing. Although he couldn't recall what normal was; students, school and his current position didn't seem to add up to him in his mind. "How about you go."

Mualim shrugged and left, not really thinking anything odd about how Vidic was acting.

But Vidic simply stared down at the desk for a long few minutes trying to think. What the hell was going on?

The repetitive tapping of his fingers drumming on the seat seemed to be the only thing Ezio was really listening to. First day of Junior year and he was about as nervous as he was with Freshman year. Well, maybe it was just a lot of the crap he'd be putting up with now that Claudia was a freshman. He had to make sure to keep boys at least a good ten feet away, and now that Federico was now a Senior he had maybe five more things to live up to.

Well there was one thing that made this a little more tolerable. Since Federico got a speeding ticket last week, he was put on a driving ban for the month. Now he too was going to be driven by their mom.

"Alright, I'm ready!"

Ezio glanced up and out the car window to see Claudia standing outside smiling wide. She was dressed in a tight tank top that didn't even cover her midrift and a mini skirt. He locked the car doors though and so when she tried to open the back door, she couldn't open it and struggled for a moment.

"Open the door, will you," She demanded.

"Get something more covering on, will you," Ezio returned.

They glared at each other for a long moment before Claudia looked to their mom, who was sitting in the driver's seat passively observing, with pleading eyes. "Mom?"

"Ezio's right," she stated, "go put something on a little less... revealing."

Groaning her complaints, she scuffled back inside to change out of her skimpy clothes. Federico, who had been pouting in the passanger's seat, smirked a little when he saw he wasn't the only one being babied. When Claudia came back, she had thrown on a little longer of a skirt as well as pulled button down blouse. Well, at least it was an improvement.

After that, they were off to AC (Avian County) High. On the way, Federico complained as he spotted his dad's car not too far ahead of them, "Did you and dad HAVE to get a job at our school?"

Of course, their mom smiled, keeping her eyes on the road, "Well I did go to collage to be a guidence councellor. And your father couldn't pass up the Italian teacher position."

Ezio, Claudia, and Federico all groaned in unisession. They all had some form of an Italian class this year, so they all had to deal with making sure Giovanni didn't embarrass them. Oh how they envied their little brother Petruccio, who was still in sixth grade. Heck, he got held back a little because he's sick. So in their eyes, he's getting saved from the 'my parent is my teacher' situation - even though the youngest child had made his point time and again how he would prefer it over being sick.

When they reached the high school, Federico got out quickly and looped through some of the cars before casually walking towards the entrance. Ezio rolled his eyes, of course he'd try to look good. And of course everyone bought it. He sighed heavily and scooted out with Claudia to walk up to the entrance without waiting for their mom.

By the entrance was a few of his friends, one whistled when he saw Claudia, and asked, "New girlfriend, man?"

"Can I have a round," another requested.

Ezio, while opening the door, narrowed his eyes and answered them both. "No, she's my sister, and if you 'have a round' with her, then expect your dick to be hanging on the flag pole in the morning."

Although Claudia appeared annoyed by Ezio's protective stance, his friends backed off at least. That's what matters right?

"So just find me if you're lost, alright?"

"Yeah, brother, I get it." Kadar replied. "Stick with you until homeroom and ask you for help if I'm lost. You told me this all week."

Malik grinned a little and mused, "You don't want me to worry."

"No, I don't," his little freshman brother agreed, "I can take care of myself."

Still, the senior student wasn't convinced. "I'm still going to be around for you, alright?"

"Fine, fine. Whatever." Kadar waved off. In the back of Malik's head, he remembered when he was the same way. Arrogent and so sure of himself. It wouldn't take long for his little brother to be snapped out of that. But then again, a dead father and a sickly mother should be excuse enough for independance.

Well, to be technical, Malik was pretty much Kadar's legal guardian. He even had a part time job to keep up with the bills and everything.

"COMING THROUGH!"

He was shoved to the side by Altair, who tore down the sidewalk at break-neck speed, and then right behind him was a currently red faced, bald classmate.

Kadar blinked as he watched Altair round the corner with his prosuer throwing curses in a mix of English and French. "Who was that chasing Altair?" He asked.

Malik dusted off his hands and stared down at the corner before explaining, "Robert de Sable. He moved here from France last year and he and Altair have done nothing but jump at each others' throats since they met."

Nodding, Kadar continued to walk to school.

Desmond stared out the window of the car as his dad parked, but he hesitated. Vice Principal Vidic had a bone to pick with him ever since that paint balloon incident last year, Freshman year. Well, now he just needed to stay in line and maybe he'd survive.

"You know you're homeroom, son?" Mr. Miles asked, opening the driver's door.

"Yeah, I know," Desmond replied unenthusiastically, "down at your class like last year."

Nodding, his dad walked on towards the entrance, but Desmond sighed heavily before moving on. Okay, so he had to avoid Mr. Vidic, and try not to die because his dad will call on him for every question in Earth Science. Okay, no problem, right? Right.
