I'm home now-
Family, friends, everyone
They hadn't even noticed
I was gone.
Did time stop when I was with you?
I thought it flew...
I was there and back
With naught but a memory
To remember you by.
I go on
I keep living, breathing, continuing
But something has stopped-
Something vital to my life.
I just don't know...
Can I forget Forever?
What are you doing now?
Are you taller? Have you matured?
Are you still pigheaded,
Always running blindly into trouble?
Have you gotten a haircut
To tame that unruly mop?
Have you found someone else?
Have you gone on?
I hope you have- I try
School takes away most of my time to think
But sometimes, I find myself sitting
And thinking of you- I do try!
I... I just can't forget.
Can you forgive me for trying?
I want to go on, I want to forget
But I can't- You did something to me
Maybe it was the way you sat
Or maybe the way your hair fell across your eyes.
