I'm sorry if I got your hopes up with this update but- unfortunately- I won't be continuing with my original plans for this story. Too much has changed since I've started it, and I and my view of the characters has changed quite a bit as well; along with the multiple jossed theories that were floating around when I wrote the first chapter (such as the reveal of the Apocryphos, and Fiddler/Fiidora's powers; along with my general opinion of characters such as Link, Tokusa, and especially Leverrier who I view far more sympathetically with the most recent chapters)
But while I can't find motivation to continue what I had of THIS branch of the story, that doesn't mean all hope is lost, particularly because I never truly left -Man behind and I still have a huge attachment to this story and the potential plotlines I was creating so I can easily say that once I find time;
This story WILL be continued, though scrapped and restarted. Thankfully I hadn't posted more than a single chapter, which makes everything far easier for me revamp. Hopefully, now that my tolerance for sitting down and honestly writing has grown in the three years since I first created the story (three. years), I will be able to dish out chapters much more frequently with a much higher wordcount per chapter.
Once again, I'm sorry to those who have been waiting as long as you have for updates, but I can't continue this story with the way I have it now but- to those same people- the storyline and content will be similar. I hope that your interest for the story will be renewed, with the chapters to come.
