Alice Mary Cullen stared out at the wild waves smashing against the big, ragged rocks. She smiled to herself. She really was lucky, she had a great husband and a great family, heck! Even her location was great! Miami was a great place to live when you were 14 (Actually 63). Great people, new job oppertunities, awesome school and let us not forget the beach! The knock on the front door stopped Alice's train of thought. Alice walked out of her room to greet her brother.
A girl with LONG light blonde hair -almost white- with pink highlights and streaks stood in the shadows of a 14 year old girls' house. She had a light smile on her face as she watched as the girl walked out the door, her long dark and light pink skirt blew around her legs from the soft breeze that wafted through the still open window, as she climbed out the window and dropped down with so much grace that not even a deer could compare.
"Edward?" Alice opened the front door to be greeted with nothing. She stepped out the door, crossed her arms, looked both ways..."Hello? Anyone?"
The blonde girl ran into the forest then stopped at a cave. "Guys!" 3 other girls walked out of the cave, the blonde smiled excitedly, "It's her, guys! It really is!"
"Thats AMAZING news, Ivy. But ever thought that she may not want to come back?"
"No, but she has too Athena! She can help us!" the blonde -now identified as Ivy- moaned at a girl with light blue hair with bright blue streaks, Athena.
"No, don't get your hopes high Ivy. She will probally abandon us like all the others." A dark haired girl with scarily white streaks spoke from the shadows of the sparkling cave. "In fact, don't muster up any hope."
"Emilia, what do you think? We obviously know Lolita's opinion." Ivy spun on the heel of her naked foot to face the quiet girl.
"Well, why don't you spy on her again and see if she's like...Ya know a nice, willing person."
"Great, Emilia!" Ivy enthused. Ivy ran off again.
"Great job, Em. Now you've just encouraged her." The dark haired -Lolita- girl accused. Emilia hid a smile beneath her hand. Athena openly laughed.
Alice smiled at her brother, Edward, who had plopped himself down on the sofa next to her. "Hi," Alice mumbled. She was still thinking about the strange knocking on the front door. And the strange noise when she left the room.
"What strange noise?" Edward asked. Edward? Edward was a mindreader. Yep, a mindreader.
Athena dived in the water. Blue and pink bubbles inveloped her whole body as her legs morphed into a perfectly sparkly lond tail. She dived down and made her way through the seaweed and into the ocean. She smiled softly.
