Marco waited in the police station for hours. He spent all day hanging missing Star fliers and searching all around Echo Creek for the missing princess. Unfortunately, he ended up with no luck and a hundred more fliers.

Soon, he dozed off on the warm couch. Try as he might, he couldn't stay awake any longer to have a miracle happen right in front of him. So as he clenched the missing Star flier as much as he could, he closed his eyes.

"Keep posting those fliers!"

As fast as he could, Marco posted missing Star fliers near every post he can find. He also had the help of his parents to post up a hundred more fliers. He looked far and wide around the city, thinking about the possibility he sees her in the crowd, but sadly, nothing was appearing.

"Slow down, Marco!" his dad told him. "We'll find her soon enough, I promise!"

"And what if we can't?" he responded. "She's in danger out there! I have to find her."

"Star will be ok," her mom said. "You'll be ok."

"It's not ok, Mom," he answered. "I can't lose her."

He continued to post up more fliers, while his parents were right behind him.

Marco woke up from his short nap, only to find out that Star still wasn't found yet. He looked around the station, but there were only men in blue and badges around. He tried to stay positive during this situation, but the doubts ate his mind whole. Looking back at the flier he held in his bare hands killed his insides. Star is still missing, and he's starting to feel useless.

He dozed off once again on the police couch.

"Goodbye, Star."

Marco looked at the carnage left on the school. Boys were left inside the school lockers still, tangled up in the mess that is Mewberty. He would free them right about now, but he couldn't bring them out. He was too emotionally wreck from the event that unfolded right in front of him.

He let Star go. Now she isn't coming back.

Marco stood on his knees. Tears ran down his face like waterfalls. The worst part about all of this was how she left with Oskar and his car. He really lost her to a freakish monster, and now there's a possibility that she's with another and not with him. Of course, he loved her enough to let go of her, but the pain was still too much to bear for him.

"Just know that I love you..."

Marco opened his eyes for a while. He thought he seen Star in the station with the men in blue and badges, but he was unsure. He closed his eyes again, but taking the risk, he fully opened them, and there she was, covered in a warm blanket and drinking a hot cocoa. The cops really did find her, and he couldn't be even more relieved. His heart was even racing from the sight of the princess.

"Star? You're ok!"
