It's funny, how the smallest things can change your life forever.
Small, three or four letter words can irrevocably alter the course of your life.
Hate
War
Feud
Love.
These words, small and insignificant on paper, can have such huge consequence in the world.
There is, however, one main difference between the first three, and love.
Hate can be forgiven, or forgotten.
War can be won or lost.
Feud can be resolved.
But love obeys none of these rules.
Love is an equally wondrous and terrifying thing.
It's an unknown entity.
For me, it symbolises some of the best and the worst times in my life.

Another small word, insignificant to most, holds no special meaning for anyone.
Apart from me.
This is the story I need to tell, about the most amazing man I have ever known.
I decided long ago to pay tribute to this wonderful person.
