Looking for a story:

One of the married for legal protection tropes beginning in late season 1 with Tommy also living to season 2.

Things I remember being in the story:

I think Laurel is the one who jokes about the Arrow offering legal protection through marriage if his associate wasn't male

Wedding on a beach (it was a little cheesy and over the top, but cute)

Undertaking still partially goes off, but Tommy lives. After the quake Tommy, Thea, Roy & Felicity (maybe Digg) end up camping out in Verdant that night. Oliver full of the stupid thoughts leave them to go to Liann Yu.

Felicity ends up taking over at Queen Consolidated in his absence.

Thea has a rant on Oliver's return that includes stating Felicity didn't have t take care of the company, her or visit Moira.

Tommy casually ends up in Felicity's room lamenting a bad run in with Laurel. This brings up conflicting feeling for Oliver. He also at one point compares himself to Oprah - A check for you and you (I am not funny enough to have made this up; I know I had to of read it)

Laurel has a questioning of Felicity, Oliver tags along, it is wonderfully written angst leading from assumptions and misunderstandings. At the end Oliver defends Felicity by telling Laurel that if she just wanted money she would have taken while he was gone because Thea wouldn't have stopped her.

After Moira is acquitted some passive aggressive clothes moving happens in the mansion (Oliver moves them the room Felicity selected, Mom moves them back) there is some humor about finding clothes.
