Paint
Inside the penguin HQ
Kowalski was writing some notes on his note pad when Rico suddenly came out of Skipper's office with a black paint brush.
"Hey Rico, what were you doing in there?" Kowalski asked Rico who grinned back at him.
"Hold this." he gave him the pain brush and made his way to the exit hatch. Kowalski stayed there for a while confused until a loud growl was heard from Skipper's office.
"WHO DID THIS!?"
Skipper suddenly burst out of the office with huge, black eye brows and eye shadows painted on his face. Kowalski was puzzled why Skipper was staring at him furiously. He looked down to the paint brush in his flipper and then back to Skipper and realized what happened. "Oh boy"
Rico has set him up.
Kowalski then smiled at his leader nervously. "Hey Skipper, listen I know exactly what you're thinking right now. Therefore you need to know one thing….I didn't do it"
"KOWALSKI!" Skipper growled as he chased after the fleeing scientist. "Get back here soldier!"
"It wasn't me!" Kowalski screamed as fled the base. The two penguins ran circles around their habitat while Julian was watching from his kingdom.
"Maurice, there's something 'different' about the bossy penguin, but I can't put my kingly finger on it" Julian told Maurice.
Maurice eyed his king in disbelieve. "Your majesty, he's clearly-"he attempt to say but Julian cut him off.
"Did something with his feathers. It's quite nice actually, I like it" said Julian.
"I like it too!" Mort added cheerfully.
"Mort…" Julian spoke.
"Yes?"
"Shut up a little"
"Okay!"
Back to the chase, Kowalski managed to lose Skipper and met Private who was on his way home with a snow cone.
"Private. I know this might not be the best timing, BUT YOU GOT TO HELP ME!" Kowalski muttered.
"With what?" Private asked confused.
"There you are!" Skipper exclaimed once he found them. Kowalski shrieked and hid behind Private.
"Skippah, what happened to your face?" Private asked which made his leader even angrier.
"Kowalski come out to face your punishment!" Skipper barked at them.
"Skipper it wasn't me. It's Rico, he gave me the brush. S-see?" he pointed to Rico who was laughing at the scene from a near distance. Rico looked down to where Kowalski was pointing and noticed a small black stain on his white chest feathers. "Oops" he grunted sheepishly.
Skipper on the other hand crossed his flippers sternly. "Rico buddy you're in so much trouble".
The manic gulped.
Now it was Rico who is being chased by an angry Skipper while Kowalski and Private were watching from a safe distance.
