Disclaimer: I own nothing but my own imagination. No infringment intended. Yada Yada...
So in light of no episode this week; whilst reading poetry homework with my little sister (She's 10), I came up with this little poem in honour of next weeks (much missed this week) episode.
Hope you enjoy.
Shadow Man
Shadow man, Shadow man,
He comes in the night.
Known by another name,
On the 2nd star to the right.
Children believe,
He is all fun and games.
But he holds a dark secret,
Within a skull shaped cave.
He needs a beating heart,
Of one who truly believes.
Using treats and tricks,
That he has up his sleeves.
To fulfil his mission,
It must be given at will.
A hero complex,
Is so easy to reel.
But the holder of truth,
Is left unaware.
That his life is the forfeit,
If he willingly shares.
Cold and near death,
He falls to the stone.
But others arrive,
And he's no longer alone.
They'll do all they need,
And all that they can.
Darkness begets Darkness,
My dear Peter Pan.
I was trying to inspire my little sis to attempt her own poem when i wrote it. So I hope it's ok?
Thanks
Jada
