Anime Café
"Why are we working again?", Amanda asked, huffing. I sighed.
"Because work equals paycheck. Paycheck equals money. Money equals freedom. And that means respect from adults and we can do what ever we want, sometimes faking work.", I explained.
"Oh. Ok. That works.", she said. I rolled my eyes. Cousins. Who needs 'em. I moved to a table with Naruto Uzimaki. BIG surprise there.
"Hey, Naruto. What's up?", I asked. He grinned.
"The sky."
"Geez."
"Haha, I'll have the regular."
"Sure thing. I'll be back.", I left.
"One ramen special coming up!", Amanda said to the cook.
"Make it two."
"Ok girls.", he replied.. I moved out and saw the Yu Yu Hakasho gang.
"Hey guys.", I said. Yusuke and Kuwabara grinned. Kurama smiled at me. Hiei smirked.
"Hello, Sarah.", Kurama smiled.
"What'll it be, guys?", I asked. Yusuke opened his mouth to speak but then I heard a squeal of surprise. I looked over and saw my cousin on the ground. "My gods. She has all the grace of Sailor Moon. I'll be back guys.", I sighed then left.
"Sarah I think I twisted my ankle.", she told me.
"Crap. Joey! Amanda twisted her ankle! Call the medic!", I yelled.
"Ok!", he yelled back.
"Annabel. Go get some ice from the freezer. Haydn go get me some bandages from the medical cabinet. Amanda stand up and I'll take you to the lounge.", I ordered. Everyone did what they were suppose to. Amanda sat down and the medic came.
"You really knew what you were doing, kid.", he said. I smirked.
"This happens a lot at home.", I smiled. Amanda was given a crutch and the day went on.
"Sorry about that, guys.", I said. Yusuke shrugged.
"Meh. Family. It's alright..", he said.
I took their orders and went to the counter. I delivered Naruto's ramen. I finally got all of the orders and food out and drove Amanda home. I walked in and crashed on the couch.
