Kagome was silently sing the song 'Kagome Kagome' "Hey Kagome what you singing?" asked Inuyasha. "I was thinking what Lady Hitomiko said about my name?" explained Kagome. Shippo then said "Your name Kagome, what about?" "Well you know that song 'Kagome Kagome'? " "Yes, of course I know of it Kagome?" said Miroku "Well while I was trapped I thought about how the kids used to tease me when I was little." Kagome said "They used to tease you?" asked Sango. "Yeah every day they would from a circle and play it and I was always in the middle. I would also scare them and myself because no matter what I would always guess who was right behind me." Kagome said silently "My mother once said she saw a light coming from me when I was born. She said it looked like the star pattern 'Kagome'. Later on I realized my name came from the Shikon Jewel." Kagome said silently. Kagome then sung louder the old song she hated as a child,

'Kagome, Kagome, the bird in a cage,

when will you come out?

In the evening of the dawn,

the crane and turtle slipped.

Who stands right behind you?'

'Kagome, Kagome, Kago no naka no Tori wa

Itsu, Itsu deyaru? Yoake no ban ni

Tsuru to kame ga subetta.

Ushiro no shoumen daare?'
