Lousy Reputation

Terrence Higgs sighed. He hated being in Slytherin, he absolutely hated it. If he weren't a slytherin then he might not be were he currently was, pushed up against a brick wall with Marcus Flint latched to his neck and an opened shirt.
He hated Flint as much as he hated being in slytherin. He shouldn't be in this house and Flint shouldn't be pressing him into the wall. Flint with his greasy black hair, caveman facial structure and crooked teeth. Marcus flint with the twisted minded.
Flint thinks he wants this. He doesn't. He wants to be in Gryffindor, but he isn't brave. He wants to be in Ravenclaw, but he isn't all that smart. He'd settle for being a nice plain Hufflepuff. They're loyal at least.
He'd rather it was Oliver Wood's hand that was on his hip, or maybe Wood's unofficial-but-oh-so-obvious boyfriend! That prefect, Weasley. Yes, he'd prefer Oliver's large hand and brown eyes, or Percy's slender fingers and thick red curls. Heck! He'd even prefer Adrian Pucey, whom, although a fellow slytherin, seems just as misplaced and misjudged. That seems to be the only thing they have in common besides quidditch and the obvious.
And that's why next time Terrence finds himself pushed against a brick wall, it's Adrian Pucey's soft brown hair tickling his jaw, full lips pressing to his skin, green eyes catching Terrence's own blue and large slender fingers entwined with his own.
Because really, all they really are is a pair of misplaced boys who just want to get on with things because they were given lousy reputations by some third person, or rather hat, and it's not their faults.

Author's Notes: Inspired by We Are Scientists' "Lousy Reputation"
Written because these are my two favourite slytherin boys, next to Mr Tom Marvolo Riddle. Adrian seems to go unmentioned and I love the name, Adrian Pucey. I also think poor Terrence is a little hard done to, he gets replaced by Malfoy and all that, Idon't know if he just left Hogwarts or what but I like the guy so.. yeah
It was a break from the Percy/Oliver writing too so here it is.
