Sorry I haven't updated anything in so long. Also sorry to those reading ABUSE. As much I want to get that done, I think I'm going to take a break from it for a little while. Anyways, a short little one-shot inspired from a stunt my Best Friend pulled. Enjoy!

A slightly shadowed figure quietly closed the door behind him as he slipped his shoes off.

The house was pitch black, due to everyone probably being asleep at such a late hour, but knowing the house as he did, he skillfully made his way towards the kitchen. After putting his jacket on the chair, he headed towards the stairs.

Catching a glimpse of the clock on the opposite wall, he swore…

"Damn, Kai is going to have me running 50 laps tomorrow if he finds out how late I am…"

"I wouldn't worry about him Kai. What reason would he have to do that to you?"

Kai didn't answer.

"I'll look out for him,"

"Thanks Yuriy, tell me if you get hold of him," Kai sighed.

After the other Russian answered, Kai hung up.

He put his head in his hands and sighed deeply.

"Where the hell is he..." He growled.

'Why does he have to be the one to be an hour late and counting! I wouldn't feel the least bit guilt punishing, or grossing him out, if it was Takao, or Max, But, I don't know if I have it in me to do it him. Damn I've gone soft!'

"Kai? What are you still doing up?" Asked a surprised voice

Kai turned to the door o f his room.

He took a hard look and got up to meet the figure at the door.

"Where were you?"

The face holding the amber eyes, rose an eyebrow as he lowered his bag to the ground.

"I was at work."

"At 11:30 at night?"

"It takes me half an hour to get home Kai. And Yeah, I did, Main offered me an extra hour and I agreed."

Rei started toward the bathroom but Kai intercepted him.

"Never heard of a phone, Kon?"

"Kai! What is wrong you?" Rei asked, getting more and more confused by his lovers actions.

"I didn't know where you were Rei! I was ready to call the police!"

Rei blinked.

"I'm sorry Kai, I, guess I just wasn't thinking…"

Kai sighed and his gaze softened and he wrapped his arms around the smaller teen.

"I know you are Rei, I was just scared. You can do so much better then me and I… I guess it was more of my insecurities then actually worried for your safety. I know you can look after yourself."

"What are you talking about Kai? I can't do any better then you. You're perfect for me…"

Rei gave him soft kiss.

"Whatever you say…"

In reply to Rei's chaste, innocent kiss Kai fiercely claimed the teens mouth.

Rei squeaked; surprised by the passion and needing in the kiss. Rei wrapped his arms around the neck of the Russian rouge. Rei eagerly agreed when Kai ran his tongue across his bottom lip tantalizingly. Rei soon pulled away, smiling softly.

"Hmnhm. I think I'm going to return home late more often."

Kai grinned deviously.

"I don't think you'd want to do that Mr. Kon…"

Rei rose an eyebrow once more.

"And why would that be?"

"Because I just mighthave to ravish you."

The Raven haired teen yelped as a hand lowered to his thigh. He took off, running toward his room. Chasing behind him was an eager duo haired teen.

The faint sound of Takao's snores, Kenny's laptop whizzing and Max's light breathing could be heard, as usual. The blade breaker residence was calm, apart from the giggles of Rei Kon.

Who did a lot more than sleeping that night.
