Ash sat on the edge of a cliff, overlooking the sea which was illuminated by the sunset. In his hands he was holding the half ribbon he and May won in Terracotta town contest. He moved his head up from the half ribbon, looked out at the sea and started to sing.

He heard footsteps behind him but ignored them and continued to sing.

Whoever the footsteps belonged to that person was now right behind Ash.
"Hey." Brock said.
"Hey." The trainer replied.

"It reminds me of what happened at the Sea Temple." He looked down at the half ribbon and back up at the sea. "Of May."
